Earlier this year, we introduced you to a number of NAV modules that we have designed in order to assist you in streamlining, automating, and increasing the value of your Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. They included:
• Recurring Sales Orders
• WorldShip to NAV Interface
• Credit Card Module
• Container Management
• Jet Report – Applied Invoices to Payment Received
• Resource Pricing Based on Customer Sell-to Number, or Sell-to Customer Pricing Group.
• “Promoting” a Field to a List or Page. (NAV has a lot of fields that aren’t all available in the list pages).
• Default Ship-to Address
• Customer Sales History
• Copy Comments from Customer to Sales Order
Today, we are excited to report that we have added three new modules including:
• Simple Bill of Lading
While there is no bill of lading module in NAV, should you have a simple BOL need, this may fit the bill.
• Positive Pay
Positive Pay is an integration that includes voided checks and serves as a cash-management service employed to deter check fraud. Banks use positive pay to match the checks a company issues with those it presents for payment. Any check considered to be potentially fraudulent is sent back to the issuer for examination.
• Default Dimensions
NAV allows 8 dimensions in several ways, this defines a set standard based on location (which can be overridden) – and creates a short cut and accuracy for standard dimensions.
If you are interested in learning more about any of the modules above, please contact us today. We would be happy to hear from you and help you assess whether one or more of them would be right for your Microsoft Dynamics NAV System.
